Multi-Generational Licensed Contractors
Philip Tonks, Paul’s son, joined part-time in the early days and came on board full-time in 1992. In 1996, Philip took a major step forward by passing Florida’s rigorous state licensing exam, earning credentials as a State Licensed Building Contractor. With a shared passion for the craft and a drive to grow the business, Philip helped transform PMI from a modest, six-figure operation into the thriving, multi-million dollar company it is today.
